Every successful real estate journey begins by listening. I've built my business on that belief since 2003, helping hundreds of buyers and sellers across Orange County, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, and surrounding areas.

Most of the people I work with aren't only buying or selling a house. They're buying a first home, making room for a growing family, relocating, settling a loved one's estate, or leaving the home they raised their children in. That's why I created my Transition Planning Program. I start by asking questions and writing down your exact words, so I understand your goals, your timeline and what worries you most. Then I build a personalized plan with a real timeline, and I coordinate the moving pieces myself, including movers, estate sales, contractors and other trusted vendors when you need them. You won't be handed a list of names and left to figure it out.

I specialize in residential home sales, serving buyers, sellers, first-time homebuyers, upsizing, downsizing, relocation, trust sales, probate sales, distressed sales, and investment properties. I hold the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Certified Real Estate Planner designations, and I'm a Keller Williams Luxury Realtor.

Over 23 years, I've closed more than $227 million in residential sales. RealTrends Verified ranks me in the top 2% of California real estate agents by sales volume and #32 in Huntington Beach (2025 data), and I've been in the top 1% of my Keller Williams office. I've been a top producer since 2003, and my business has been voted Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite several years.

I'm a California native. I played volleyball at the University of La Verne, where I was an All-American and was later inducted into the school's Athletics Hall of Fame. After college I sold business-to-business office products and furniture, and I bought my first home at 26, so I remember how it feels to be a first-time buyer. I started my real estate career in 2003 with First Team Real Estate and joined Keller Williams Realty Huntington Beach in 2013.

I live in south Huntington Beach with my husband, our two boys and our two Goldendoodles. You'll find me supporting our schools, church programs and local fundraisers, and organizing neighborhood events.
