“Jeanette was great. She helped my Mom sell her home of 49 years. We didn't take most of the contents with us, and Jeanette went above and beyond, helping to dispose of the furniture and decades of accumulated stuff. She gave us great advice for getting the house market-ready. She had great contacts for the things we needed to get done - roofer, painter, and flooring contractor. In the end, we got 11 offers and the house went for $110,000 over list. To be clear: this was not when the market was red-hot; this was well after most of the multiple-offer action had faded away. “I called Jeanette in July 2022 based on a referral, and told her that I wanted to list my rental property as soon as my tenant moved out on 9/30. Jeanette started the ball rolling right then. She collected info on the property and worked out a timeline with me for prepping, listing and selling it as soon as possible. She did a walkthrough of the property with me and made a list of suggestions to maximize the sales price. Then she helped me to navigate connecting with and managing all of the work that needed to be done - painting, electrical, tile, etc. Jeanette paid attention to every detail.
