How Jeanette Nelson Real Estate collects, uses and protects the information you share on this website, who receives it, and how to unsubscribe or ask for changes.

Who we are

This website is run by Jeanette Nelson, REALTOR®, DRE:01397168, of Jeanette Nelson Real Estate, Keller Williams Realty, 2130 Main St #120, Huntington Beach, CA 92648. Each office is independently owned and operated. In this policy, "I," "me" and "we" mean Jeanette Nelson Real Estate.

This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, who receives it and the choices you have. It is effective as of September 24, 2026.

What this site collects

Information you give me. When you fill out a form on this site, such as the contact form, a home tour request, a home value request or a neighborhood update request, I receive your first and last name, email address and phone number, your message, the days and times that work best for you if you share them, and the listing or neighborhood you asked about. When you reserve a time for an event, I also receive the time you chose, your home address, whether you own your home, what you plan to do at the event, how many adults and children are coming, and how you heard about it. If you check the text-message box, I also receive a record that you agreed, the exact consent wording you saw, and when you agreed.

How you found the site. If you arrive from an ad or an email link, the campaign tags in that link (for example, which ad or email it was) and the name of the website that sent you, such as "facebook.com," are saved with your inquiry. I never save the full address of the page you came from.

Technical information. Like most websites, the company that hosts this site keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.

In your own browser. The site remembers your light or dark display choice, and for the length of your visit it remembers how you arrived and whether you've already seen the chat greeting. This stays on your device.

This site does not currently use advertising pixels, analytics tracking or session recording tools. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

How your information is used

  • To reply to you and help with your request, whether that's a home tour, a question about a listing, a home value or anything else
  • To follow up with you about buying, selling or owning a home
  • To send you my email newsletter and helpful updates, such as market updates and local information. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
  • To send you a guide you requested or register you for a giveaway or event you entered

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with the service providers described below, with others when you ask me to (for example, a lender or escrow company during your transaction), or when the law requires it.

Who receives your information

A few companies help run this website and my business. They process information on my behalf:

  • GoHighLevel is my customer relationship management system, where I keep my contacts and follow-up. Everything you submit through this site's forms is stored there. The guide requests and giveaway entries on my OC Home Hub page use forms hosted by GoHighLevel, and those also go to my GoHighLevel account.
  • Vercel hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.
  • Upstash stores event reservations (your name, email, phone, number of guests and time slot) so each time slot goes to only one family. The same details also go to GoHighLevel.
  • Google provides the maps and YouTube videos shown on this site. When a map or video loads, your browser connects to Google, and Google's own privacy policy applies to that connection. Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

The chat bubble on this site does not currently send your messages to any outside service. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Some links on this site, such as my events page and social media profiles, take you to other websites. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Calls and text messages

If you give me your phone number, I may call you about your request. I send text messages only if you check the box agreeing to receive them. That box is never checked for you, and agreeing is not required to contact me or to work with me.

Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Your agreement to receive texts is not shared with anyone else for their own marketing.

Your choices

  • Email: click "unsubscribe" in any email I send.
  • Texts: reply STOP.
  • Your information: you can ask what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it by contacting me. Some records may need to be kept when the law requires it, such as records of a completed real estate transaction.
  • Do Not Track: this site does not track you across other websites, so it does not change its behavior when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Security and children

I use reasonable measures to protect your information, and the companies above maintain their own security. No website or system can promise perfect security.

This site is meant for adults buying, selling or owning a home. It is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If I change how this site collects or uses information, I'll update this page and the effective date at the top. See also my Terms of Use.
