What this site is and is not

This site shares general information about my services, the homes I list and the Orange County real estate market. It is not legal, tax, lending, financial or investment advice. I'm a real estate agent, not an attorney, accountant or lender, and I encourage you to talk with those professionals about your own situation.

Using this site, contacting me or requesting a guide does not create an agency relationship. I represent a buyer or seller only after we sign a written agreement.

Market figures, such as average prices and days on market, are as of the date shown with them. Markets change, and past results don't guarantee future ones.

Listing and market information

Listing information on this site is believed accurate yet is not guaranteed. Prices, availability and property details can change, and homes may sell or be withdrawn at any time. Square footage, lot size and other measurements are approximate. Please verify any detail that matters to you, including school assignments, with the appropriate source.

Listing photos may be licensed to the listing brokerage and may not be reused. See my current listings.

Using this site

  • The words, guides, images and design on this site belong to Jeanette Nelson Real Estate or the people who licensed them to me. You're welcome to read, share links to and print pages for your own personal use.
