I have trained in probate sales, I'm a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), and helping families through estate sales is part of my Transition Planning Program. How I help

Work alongside your probate attorney. Probate sales follow court requirements and timelines. I coordinate closely with your attorney so the sale fits the process they are running.
Clear and prepare the property. Many estate homes are full of a lifetime of belongings. I coordinate trusted estate sale companies, clean-out crews and contractors so the home is ready to sell.
Price and market the home well. A clear, well-supported price helps everyone involved, from heirs to the court.
Keep the family informed. When several heirs are involved, clear communication prevents misunderstandings.
